One of my favorite spots on the lake. Food is always hot and fresh. Best chicken tortilla soup! I love the Christian music they play!
The food was very good I had their chicken fajitas. The plate does not come with rice and beans. You have to purchase it separately. I love the entrance to the restaurant. The rose blooms are booming!
Great place! Catfish and chicken fried steak was great. Good prices!
I got the chicken fried steak this time. Awesome. They make their own salsa ( I asked) best around the lake area. Place is a little run down, lots on the menu, and a bar in the back. I still call them " kids " that make up the staff, but they are quick to be of service and usually keep the glasses full. Remember to tip, I did. Awesome service tonight.
The food was great. The staff is as sweet and attentive as can be without being intrusive. Ohh and this next party is long but it made an impression. No joke, love this. As a mother, as soon as I saw this I thought, where was this when my kid needed to go when she was younger. Never failed a few minutes in and she would ask for toilet paper, so I naturally assume she's almost done... Wrong. But then I'd have to go too. This restroom would would have been awesome. So for moms with young kids, or hey why not add girlfriends who always go to the restroom together (lol) this is awesome. I know it's impractical for large companies to do it. In my mind this is a great idea for small business.
Good food reasonably priced great service
Good flavorful food. Ive never had any of their TexMex but the other meals I have had are good and there is plenty of it. Lunch starts with chips & salsa before you even order. I really like their fried catfish, their homecut fries (not frozen), okra, and the chicken fried steak is pretty good also. There are several daily lunch specials for 9.99.
This place exceeded my expectations. We ordered the boneless fried chicken and the fried steak. Both were incredibly delicious and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu! We went with home cooking this time. But the chips and salsa were so good that I really want to try the Mexican dishes. I highly recommend this place along with the peach cobbler.
